3-Core Competences Model©

PRORIS 3-Core Competences Model© aims to develop organisations sustainably on the following 3 core competences:

1. The competence of professionals in Project and Agile Management discipline. This concerns competence-based and customised development of Project Leaders and Agile Leaders. For this purpose, PRORIS has the learning method Competence Based Learning Experience© (CBLE: I do and I experience).

2. Competence in Performance delivery. This concerns the customised development of the organisation in the way the delivery of Change-Initiatives is done. This mainly involves behaviour, skills, processes and associated methods & techniques required for successful delivery.

3. Competence in strategic alignment. This refers to the custom development of the organisation in how continuous selection of the right Change-initiaves is done to achieve strategic objectives. This involves strategic alignment, behaviour, skills, processes and methods & techniques required for an ever-optimal balance of Change-initiatives with the available people and resources to achieve strategic objectives.

In this way, PRORIS strengthens the competence forces of organisations to increase their performance and clout. To this end, PRORIS has a tailor-made diagnosis, advice and development plan.
