De CBLE© Learning method

PRORIS employs its own learning method, the Competence Based Learning Experience© (CBLE) which focuses on 3 pillars:

  1. the Professional (“know yourself”),
  2. the profession (“know your profession”) and
  3. the environment (“know your world”).

PRORIS’ motto is: I do, I experience and I reflect.

At each of the 3-pillars, the treatment of theory, application and experience of multiple competencies along the principles of:

  • “Understanding”. This includes summary explanations of theory and bestpractices by an expert. This ends with a set of questions and-or assignments that are answered in subgroups. This results in understanding the theory.
  • “Reflection & Communication”. This includes group discussion on the knowledge & skills in relation to daily practice and organisational context to share experiences of participants and of the expert among themselves. This results in reflection on the applicability of knowledge & skills and on experiences from one’s own practical situation.
  • “Experience the competences”. This includes Cases with as much as possible application of Gaming with role-play in sub-groups. This results in experiencing the acquired knowledge and skills.

The learning method of PRORIS is always focused on sustainable development of competences of the participant and his learning goals. Using visuals, storytelling and serious gaming. Interactive learning with fun, passion and focus on applying knowledge & skills in practice.
Participants in sessions are actively encouraged to own knowledge & skills, apply them in practice and share experiences.

PRORIS uses:

  • Inspiring and internationally certified experts from practice as coaches. PRORIS therefore does not have trainers, but experts from practice!
  • Attractive and easy-to-use training material.
  • Interactive e-learning method.
  • Evidence-based, such as proven gaming with role plays.
  • Interactive workshops
